ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The person would be primarily required to lead the project assignments, keep the work focused on the objectives and market the group's services.
Some of the key work areas would include:
- Human resource due diligence
- Carve out assessment
- Pre-deal evaluation
- Synergy evaluation
- Operational due diligence
- Post Merger Integration
- Separation planning and support including subsidiarisation
- Entry Strategy (Inbound/ Outbound)
- Project management and execution
- Support Business development
- Evaluate economic and legal risks to the Firm arising out of engagements, consult and adopt suitable risk management practices
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment
- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field
- Represent the firm at seminars/conferences
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Strong and well rounded business and macro economic understanding
- Strong understanding of Human resource processes including capability assessment, organizational design, manpower planning, statutory compliance, labour laws and industrial relations
- Experience in industry studies, strategy formulation, business plan development, statistical and financial modelling, valuation, etc.
- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
- High level of strategic and creative thinking
- Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point
- Have strong soft skills like; interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
QUALIFICATION
- MBA (full time) – Human Resource Management from premier business schools.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience including 1-2 years in HR operations/function
