- Responsible for recuitment life cycle activities for the organisation and should be aware on how to use various job portals
- Responsible for Induction and on-boarding of new joiners in the organisation
- Responsible of ensuring all employee details are appropriately mapped in the Toggleflow HCM (European ERP)
- Responsibile for adressing all employee queries
- Good knowledge of statutory compliances and India Income tax
- Responsible for managing time, attendance, leave, payroll on a monthly basis
- Exposure to Performance Management process will be preferred
- Should have done atleast 3 increment cycles in the career span
- This will be on the third party rolls and will be deputed at clients end
