Consultant - HR Analytics - Logistics Startup

Looking for HR Analytics professional for a logistics startup in Gurgaon.

Position - Consultant (HR Analytics).

Location - Gurgaon.

Experience - 3 - 6 years of relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide consulting support aligned to needs across different HR functions.

- Identify and deploy HR metrics to allow management visibility on ROI on human capital.

- Drawing synergies from larger analytics teams to support standardization, process optimization.

- Design and deliver industry benchmarked re-deployable global solutions in HR domain.

Skills required :

- Strong Analytics experience.

- Hands-on experience on different statistical methods using any of the statistical tools R /SAS etc.

- Hands-on experience on SQL and Excel.

Education Qualification :

- BE/Btech/ ME/ Mtech/ MBA from tier I institute.
