Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional for the position of Senior Core Banking Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of extensive experience in core banking implementations, with a focus on the Finastra suite of products for at least 5 years. This role requires exceptional expertise in managing multi-stakeholder engagements, product and partner management/alliances, as well as leading product lead consultant, centers of excellence and upskilling/cross-skilling teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Banking Implementation Expertise:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding and hands-on experience in implementing core banking solutions, particularly within the Finastra suite of products. Lead and oversee implementation, upgrade, and transformation proposals with a focus on Finastra technologies.

Multi-Stakeholder Management:

- Exhibit proven expertise in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements. Effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Product and Partner Management/Alliances:

- Leverage your experience in managing product portfolios and fostering strategic partnerships and alliances. Collaborate with partners to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead product centers of excellence, focusing on upskilling and cross-skilling teams. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Solution Architecture:

- Utilize your strong solution architecture skills to design robust and innovative solutions for implementation, upgrades, and transformations related to Finastra products. Ensure alignment with clients' business objectives and requirements.

Business Development Support:

- Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities by leveraging your expertise. Assist in crafting compelling proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical insights to potential clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in core banking implementations, with at least 5 years dedicated to Finastra suite of products.

- Proven track record in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements and successful project deliveries.

- Experience in product and partner management/alliances within the banking technology sector.

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and upskilling/cross-skilling initiatives.

- Exceptional solution architecture abilities with a focus on Finastra products, including implementation, upgrades, and transformations.

- Hands-on experience in supporting business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation and product demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications related to Finastra products and core banking technologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to achieving results.
