Exp – 5-9 yrs

Designation: Consultant-Growth Strategy

Location – Noida

Consultant – Growth Strategy (SIPM)

- Strategic Sales planning & ensure implementation – help to deliver ‘2015’ target

- Analyze performance and identify opportunities in GEOs / Countries / Key Accounts / Large Deals / Alliances / Competencies / New logos / must have accounts etc.

- Strong Project Management skills to track and monitor strategic initiatives

- Preparation of management dashboards, Variance analysis reports and where needed work with GEOs & other units to improve the performance

- Track and report performance – highlight lagging areas, engage and help deliver improved performance

- Drive companywide strategic initiatives with respect to Growth, Sales Operations etc.

- Competitive tracking and benchmarking

- Opportunity Assessment, Track trends

- Improve Sales Business Processes, workflows by streamlining, automation etc.

- Drive Quarterly and Annual sales review & planning exercise

Required skill & Experience :-

5-7 years of experience, preferably in IT/Telecom and should posses following skills:

- Strategic planning and Research

- Should have Program Management and Analytical Skills

- Knowledge of Sales processes, Sales Cycle, Contract Management, Invoicing processes, AR management and funnel management

- Expert in usage of MS office tools

- Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills

- Ready to take self initiative, proactive, assertive – ability to deal with all levels of management
