Consultant - GRO - Accounting Firm

Adreso is currently hiring for the position of Consultant - GRO for a leading accounting firm based in Hyderabad. If you are an expert in performing field work in risk advisory services, Internal Financial Controls, and Enterprise Risk Management, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

- Qualified CA, CIA, or MBA.

- Prior experience in risk advisory and additional certifications like CS, CWA, CFA.

- Ability to perform field work in risk advisory services, Sarbanes Oxley, Internal Financial Controls, and Enterprise Risk Management, including preparing risk and control matrices.

- Ability to plan field work, provide day-to-day guidance to associates, and coordinate with reporting managers.

- Ability to review operational, financial, and technology processes to assess business risk, internal control, and overall effectiveness

- Willingness to travel outstation for approximately 40-70% of the time and work extended hours based on assignment requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

- Basic knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills & Confidence in client-facing roles

- Strong Understanding of business processes and risks.

- Logical and analytical individual with attention to detail.
