Key responsibilities: - Skilled in end to end Employee Engagement Survey process and the Exit/On board projects. - Collection required data from employees, interpretation and analyzing results - Extensive use of statistical programs to analyze the data as per the requirement to perform additional statistical analysis based on the business requirement. - Acquire data from different sources and develop data systems that support analysis and reporting. - Maintain effective relationships, customer services and technological updates. Required Skills and Experience : - Masters/Bachelor's in Human Resource Management - Min 5 years experience in conducting Employee Engagement Surveys for global employees - Strong in data collection, interpretation, analyzing results and interpreting trends - Data Filtering, Ad-hoc Reports Creation, Problems Identification, Task Prioritization - Excellent interpersonal &amp; problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills
