Consultant - FS Insurance Domain

We are hiring for one of our leading clients for FS Insurance profile.

Job Location : Bangalore

Designation : Consultant

Qualification : MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 & 2 institutes.

Strong academic background. Industry certifications such as CPCU, INS, FIII preferred

To qualify for the role you must have :

- Should have 4-5 years of work experience in consulting firms.

- Experienced Insurance professional with significant experience in Insurance consulting and sound understanding of domain.

- Good functional knowledge of core insurance functions: P&C Insurance: (Personal or Commercial Lines) - Distribution, New Business and Underwriting, Policy Services, Billing, Claims & Broking/ Reinsurance.

- Advise Insurance Carriers on a range of issues around Sales, Underwriting, Policy, Billing, Claims, Cost Reduction, Operating model design, business process optimization.

- Partner with global deal teams in selling, and solution development of client deals by providing subject matter expertise.

- Supports Insurance consulting engagements in an offshore/onshore model.

- Engage in activities like process mapping, gap analysis etc.

- Design business architecture/ supervising business architecture implementation activities.

- Exposure to Policy Admin systems (like Duck Creek or Guidewire), Claims, Billing, RMIS & other insurance systems.

- Practical experience around the NEW (Robotics, AI, Zero Based Design) within the insurance space (preferred).

- Business Analysis experience across insurance value chain.
