- Conduct market research and assist in the development of fintech and insurance tech solutions for digital marketplace.

- Define the business process for Agri Finance and Insurance.

- Work closely with banks in onboarding them.

- Expert in Financial Services market segment throughout the project lifecycle from strategy to product development services.

- Experience of leading roles working with multi-disciplinary teams, facing off with Banks / Insurance stakeholders and partners in development and implementation of Lending / Insurance / Cards / Payment Processing.

- Should have experience of Technology solution implementation in Lending / Insurance / Cards / Payment Processing domain.

- Should be aware of API-based service offering and hands-on functional design experience in Secured / Unsecured Lending / Insurance / Claims / Cards / Payment Processing / Partners onboarding.

- Should be expert in compliance and regulatory environment pertaining to retail / business lending & insurance.

- Expertise on all Regulatory / compliances requirements for technology solution implementation.

- Aware of the FinTech landscape and experience in working in a SaaS environment

- Implementation of FinTech solution and coordinate with Business, Development Vendor and Banks / Insurance partners etc.
