The key accountabilities of the Consultant Role with Hunt Partners would be: Research and Candidate Engagement (Primary responsibility) : - Conduct primary and secondary research on industries, companies, organisation structures and candidates - Engage with candidates to prequalify and introduce the opportunity effectively - Manage the search process and meet KRAs that include relevant candidates, quality documentation, and other deliverables Assignment Management : - Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time frame - Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships; account management - Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate Practice Management : - Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings - Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports - Provide firm visibility at industry events Firmwide / corporate function (at Hunt Partners) : - Take ownership for 1 of the firmwide roles like Learning & Development, Marketing, HR, Campus Hiring etc, and deliver on the same - Flexibility of remote working for Non - Mumbai Based Applicants
