- Employee Engagement from designing customized surveys for clients for measurement, to providing rich insights, to supporting action steps planning and implementation including capability building

- Defining organization's Employee Value Proposition and alignment of the same with people practices and behaviors for implementation

- Defining and measuring culture alignment

This vertical has been growing at a rapid pace for the last few years and aims to not only retain its market leadership, but increase its market share year on year

Requirement :

- MBA in HR from Tier1/Tier 2 institutes ( 2009,2010,2011) passout.

- Should be from consulting background.

- Excellent communication skills
