The Practice - A Brief Sketch

- As a part of the Energy practice, that blends deep functional and industry knowledge, you will accelerate the reinvention journey for companies, helping them achieve profitability and staying relevant in the years ahead.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client projects and develop Digital Centers of Excellence - to unlock new opportunities and drive efficiencies.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for trading clients in the areas of strategic decision-making, project management, digital transformation, cost optimization and so on.

- Accelerate clients' transformation journey towards a more connected, optimized, lean and agile organization.

- Assist senior management and leadership for drafting proposals, writing client pitches, and developing solution architecture.

- Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital disruption opportunities for trading clients through convergence of analytics & digital capability.

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

- Strategic consulting skills to be able to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.

- ETRM: Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Energy trading domain. Broad exposure (Deal-to-cash) in Commodity Trading space with Strong knowledge in deal capture, deal pricing, hedging, Pnl & Valuation, End-of-day process, Derivatives.

- Good Excel and MS PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Power BI and other data analytics tools a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.

- Ability to multitask and streamline multiple projects.

- Good problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn fast.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Your experience counts!

- MBA from Tier-I business school

- 5-9 years of work experience

- Good experience of energy trading industry across value chain - market intelligence, settlements, front office and back office, reconciliation, and so on.

- Business development experience with an ability to draft request for proposal responses, pitch proposals and solution architecture

- Relevant industry experience with strong blend of consulting and functional skills.
