Consultant - Digital Transformation - Healthcare (7-15 yrs)

Looking for a management professional having 7 years' experience in digital transformation, process transformation, project improvement, business analysis, user stories development focused on healthcare payer with business process management organization.
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore

Responsibilities:
- Driving Improvement projects/activities across the Process and business area
- Redesigning processes to suit the improvement plan
- Liaising with functional/vertical managers to accept and agree the need for change
- Requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories development, wireframe
- Research on technology, industry
- Should have strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and should be capable of motivating people.
- Should possess good business acumen and strongly result oriented with passion to reach.
Requirements:
- 7 + years of experience in healthcare focused on healthcare payer is required with at least 1 - 2 years of experience related to process transformation and digital transformation
- MBA preferred
- Requirements gathering, process maps, gap analysis skills
- Knowledge of requirements and project management tools - Jira, etc. preferred
- Experience and certification in six sigma desired
- Good knowledge of word, presentation development skills
- General understanding of digital transformation in the areas of automation, analytics and consumer experience
- Experience on projects driving transformation
