Consultant - Digital Transformation - BFSI

We are hiring a Consultant- BFS Digital Transformation for a client in Pune/ Mumbai/ Chennai/ Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a key point of contact for the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation

- Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions and contribute to the overall delivery plan.

- Proven excellence at gathering requirements and translating it to functional documents like BRD, FSD, and user stories

- Good understanding of digital concepts and design elements

- Able to implement design thinking and UI design for web portals

- Deliver assigned tasks completely and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation.

- Contribute and take ownership of various project-related tasks / planning activities as the program evolves

- Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies - the ability to configure delivery workstream frameworks to progress timelines and delivery milestones

- Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work and ownership of project outcomes

- Comfortable working on JIRA and UI design elements

Professional Qualifications and Skills:

- Full-time MBA from any B School (preferably in Finance/ IT/ Systems/ Ops)

- Non-MBA is okay as long there is no compromise on communication, Domain, and BA experience.

- 5+ years of work experience

- 3+ yrs BA experience mandatory.

Must Have

- Fair understanding and experience across various parts of the capital market or banking

- Good understanding of Digital transformation programs, and UI implementations.
