Digitant is the digital marketing partner for medium and large businesses across the world and helps them set up and operate their digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in developing digital marketing strategies and then facilitating their execution.

Consulting Responsibilities :

- Understanding client's challenges in exploiting the full potential of digital marketing and advising them accordingly

- Proactively identify challenges with current processes and activities and address them in a timely manner

- Chart, facilitate and monitor the long-term digital marketing roadmap

- Manage digital marketing agencies and drive them towards efficiency and creativity

- Oversee the annual digital marketing spend by allocating budgets to different projects and pursue RoI maximization religiously

- Give key inputs into the digital transformation of the organization

Other Responsibilities :

- Seek and close new clients for our digital marketing services

- Grow the digital marketing team in tandem with the growing clientele

Requirements :

- Expert digital marketer with a strong foundation of marketing principles and a comprehensive working knowledge of digital marketing execution

- Demonstrated strategic long-term thinking

- Demonstrated execution, by leading a team, to drive steep growth

- Superlative communication skills

- Ability to handle and address tough situations

- Client-side experience is a major plus
