Consultant - Data & Analytics - IT

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have :

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Should have at least 15+ years of experience, mostly in Data & Analytics space

2. Should have played the role of Chief Solution Consultant for strategic Data & Analytics programs of large enterprises - owned and delivered data maturity for many customers

3. Should have subject matter expertise for specific Industry verticals

4. Excellent organization and time management skills and should have the capability to engage and establish connect with CXO

5. Excellent Communication and team management skills

6. Should be fully conversant with Data & Analytics advancements - BI/Big data/Cloud, AI, ML etc.

Good to Have :

1. Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field

2. Proven thought leadership in Data & Analytics space.

3. Possess strong soft skills to spearhead consulting assignments for global customers

4. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts: regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

5. Experience in Data Architecture modeling

6. Experience with all relevant architecture frameworks

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Spearhead Data & Analytics consulting assignments

2 Contribute to consulting frameworks for Data & Analytics

3 Coordinate with different functional teams to mine future opportunities in Data & Analytics

4 Leverage domain knowledge to provide business solutions in Data & Analytics space

5 Keeping up with the industry trends and add value to organization- framework and solutions
