Organization practice work in the areas of Market Assessment, Strategy Development, Strategy implementation, Performance measurement, Performance improvement and Corporate Finance.  Some of the prominent industries served are Banking, Non-banking financial services (Investment Banking, Private Equity and Family Offices), Retail, Restaurants, Manufacturing and Public Sector / Government bodies.  The mandates would range from developing strategies to their implementation, expansion and growth, portfolio rationalization, achieving operational efficiencies, development of SOPs, integration of processes and systems, corporate turnaround, financial restructuring, financial / commercial due-diligence etc.   Requirements:  - Ability to analyze markets, industries and companies from economic and fundamental view point  - Ability to develop and review investment documents and presentations for both sell-side and buy-side  - Ability to carry out financial analysis, benchmark analysis, financial due-diligence, budgeting and make recommendation around financial restructuring  - Ability to carry out valuation using different methodologies including DCF  - Ability to coordinate statutory audits of financial statements  - Ability to work on complex Excel models using advanced excel formula, functionalities and macros  - In-depth Knowledge of Accounting Standards & Systems   - Very good problem solving, analytical and communication skills  - Willing to travel onsite (KSA / UAE) with a valid passport  Experience and Skills  - MBA from Tier I colleges  - Minimum one year of work experience (preferably in Consulting / Corporate Finance)  - Very good problem solving, analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking and leadership skills   - Exposure to financial analysis, data analysis, process development / improvement would be preferable  - Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint (preferable)  - Knowledge of one of the sectors from Non-Banking financial services (Investment Banking, Private Equity and Family Offices) and Retail would be an added advantage  - Willing to travel onsite (KSA / Dubai)  Job Location: Noida
