Consultant- Contract Manager / Contract Specialist(Infrastructure, Real Estate, Oil & Gas)

Job Description :

Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil & Electrical Engineer)

At least 1 years of experience in contract management, preferably with infrastructure, telecom, oil and gas companies and has handled EPC, technical and engineering services, commodity contracts etc.

JD : Contract Management/Specialist :

- Responsible for managing & handling contract management assignments.

- Activities include analysis of contracts, benchmarking of SLAs/contract conditions, management & administration of contracts and assisting client in automation support/ deployment of contract management tools.

- Responsibilities include ascertaining the contractual obligations (commercial, operational, legal etc) in procurement contracts, providing training and guidance to onsite team in monitoring compliance of contractual conditions, updating client's management w.r.t work progress/ non compliances etc.

- They should be open for Travelling.

- They should have Excellent communication skills.
