Preference-  Content Development or creation in HR like for OD interventions, Leadership Development, Organisation Development. OR The one who is from OD or leadership background and majorly into HR Content development.  Description-  The candidate in this role is responsible for creating, curating and maintaining a repository of content for Learning Labs for client leadership journeys, both in-classroom and tech enabled (e-learning/ m-learning). He/ she will work on creating new formal tech enabled content (with the vendor), add to existing resources of informal content, and enhance classroom content. He/ she will provide support to project teams for making best use of the library of learning repository. The incumbent is expected to undertake various tasks associated with this.  Responsibility Areas  - Will own the content repository.  - Provide support to project teams in deliveries and leverage on cross project learnings.  - Contribute in constant up-gradation of content.  - Provide support in project deliveries for Leadership & Assessment.  - Be the custodian of learning content created/ curated  Preferred-  - Proficient with technology  - Excellent verbal/written English communication skills  - Exposure to Instructional Design  Education-  - Bachelors/Masters Degree in related discipline (Psychology, Organisational Behaviour/Organisational Development, HR)  - M.B.A from any Tier B/Tier C institute  Experience - 5-10 years  Work Conditions-  - Will need to coordinate with various project teams  - Need to be flexible for stretched working hours depended on project requirements
