Consultant - Compensation & Benefits

We have an urgent opening with a Leading Consulting for a Consultant(Compensation & Benefits) role:

The role requires client interaction and coordination, at a team member level along with design of client solution, and creation of presentations, with high focus on quality. This role is based at Mumbai, Gurgaon and Bangalore Location.

Desired:

- Post - Graduate degree - MBA in HR from a Premier B School 2012- 2013 batches.

- Candidates with a background in a Consultant Role would be preferred.

- Analytical Ability (should be comfortable with numbers).

- Positive & high energy

- Strong written and spoken communication & interpersonal skills

- Prior exposure to Compensation Benchmarking Surveys and Large Industry Compensation Surveys

- Willing to travel to Client location.

- Consulting background required.
