Consultant - Change Management - 4+ years-Multiple locations

Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Hyderabad/ Chennai

Responsibilities:

1. Crafting Change Management strategies by understanding stakeholder challenges and utilizing digital tools for effective communication.

2. Co-creating solutions, conducting user reviews, and facilitating stakeholder agreement meetings.

3. Helping clients enhance change capability and agility.

4. Conducting Change Management Impact Analysis and treatment planning.

5. Implementing strategies for new process adoption and supporting Change Measurement activities.

6. Collaborating with the HR Transformation team to deploy systems like SuccessFactors and Workday.

7. Engaging in dynamic, English-speaking international teams.

8. Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients, delivering large-scale transformations, and contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruitment and training.

Requirements:

1. MBA/Master's degree

2. 4-8 years of experience in change management programs covering stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, organization design, digital communication, training support, and business readiness.

3. Techno-functional expertise in HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) or cloud solutions is a plus.

4. Strong capability in articulating business value and interpreting data for advanced technologies.

5. Proficient stakeholder management in diverse global environments, with bonus experience in Digital transformations, RPA, Shared Services, and cloud implementations.

6. Foreign languages like Arabic, Japanese, and French will be an advantage.
