- 10 + years of hands-on design and implementation of PLM solution

- Knowledge of ARAS PLM is a plus - High-Tech & Device industry experience is a must and Experience & knowledge of the Consumer product industry, life sciences is plus

- Exposure and understanding of product lifecycle management processes- product innovation, development, manufacturing & commercialization

- Expertise in designing EBOM, MBOM, and Variant Management for HighTech & CPG industry

- Experience in Firmware management, MCAD, ECAD management, and prototype management.

- Supplier management and EMS collaboration

- Any experience in MBSE framework is plus - Exposure to Agile / SAFe way of working

- Exposure to global large-scale project implementations, complex projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description : We are looking for PLM Functional Architects for our client.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Day-to-day tasks include defining business process flows, process mapping, running business workshops, user story grooming, and Functional specification documentation

- Ensure business requirements and system objectives are correctly reflected in solution design.

- Ensure that project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

- Successfully partner with business product managers & teams to introduce industry standards, best practices, and ways of working through innovation and new technologies to increase further efficiency and user experience within design, development operations, and manufacturing.

- Support discussions with business and IT management to define business requirements/user stories for various epics & features. Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.

- Coach and guide other team members through functional support issues.

- Assist the ARAS Solutions Architect and technical lead in configuring ARAS PLM to help deliver technical and process business solutions

- Work in a team setting to help define, test, and roll out application interfaces and integration points. Guide business owners to ensure the scope is explicitly defined and documented and maintains the integrity of the applications.

- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives & scrum teams. Partner with subject matter experts in one or more business areas.

- Provide PLM functional guidance and direction when needed. Researches, develops, evaluates, recommends, and coordinates the implementation of new solutions and improvements
