Consultant - Banking - Distribution/Mktng

Looking for Consultants having 3-5 years of experience with leading consulting firms.

The purpose of the role is:

- To Perform Business Process Improvement using Business Consulting tools and methodologies

- Work with client teams to perform Gap Analysis and identify improvement options

- Industry Expertise-Candidates with strong industry experience in Banking

Requirements:

- Experience in Banking Functions -Customer Relationship Management,Distribution & Marketing with prior stint in Banking Industry.

- The candidate should have a good understanding of the various challenges.business and technology imperatives in the Distribution and Marketing space.

- Experience in Operations (handling front ,middle or back office),process redesign,or system design ina Financial services enviornment.

- Must have a valid US H1B visa (mandatory)
