- A 360 degree role, encompassing end to end business development, client management, and recruitment process.

- Build, manage, and deepen the relationships at the CXO level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a spectrum of clients in Fortune-500, Large & Small Enterprises and SMBs, in the Fintech and Financial Services domain (NBFCs, Fintech firms, etc.).

- Define your own strategy of business development in line with the global strategy.

- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial acumen.

- Identify the most suitable candidates for the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the overall process.

- Partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations, deploy consultative solution selling while anticipating and identifying their human capital requirements.

- Become an industry expert in your domain.

The successful applicant :

Apply if you :

- Have completed your MBA from a Tier1/2 institution.

- Have 2 to 5 years of strong Business Development experience in the financial services & allied domains with a flair for client facing roles.

- Have a solid track record of success in career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- Thrive in a meritocratic environment, and are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
