Key responsibilities of the role:
Project Delivery:
- Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery
- Work with small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients
- Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision
Functional Experience: Deep skills and experience in Digital function:
- Digital Marketing/Sales/Customer Experience
- Digital Supply Chain/ Operations
- Mobile Services & Apps/ Web Applications/ ecommerce
- Digital Personalization/ Customization
- Internet of Things/ Innovation/ Digital Disruption
- Connected vehicles / Telematics
- Connected Manufacturing systems
- Salesforce.com / any Sales application experience
Industry Expertise: Strong Travel industry expertise (industry details below), preferably experience in Business Consulting/ IT Consulting / Operations in any of the following:
- Automotive
- Automotive suppliers
- Industrial equipment
Key Competencies and Characteristics:
- Ability to perform in different scopes of consulting projects in Digital domain - For e.g. Business and Operating Model Strategy, Product Design, Operations Transformation and Customer Relationship Management by data analysis, research and benchmarking
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable working with the highest levels of client organizations
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
Requirements:
- MBA from tier I/ II B-school
- 4+ years of overall industry and/or consulting experience
Should have:
- In depth knowledge of Digital Offerings (Strategy/ Marketing/Sales/ Operations) AND
- CRM: Function/ process experience in CRM diagnostics, CRM process design, business blueprint and functional design
- Should have worked in the industries mentioned below or done extensive consulting within these industries in any of the following industries:
- Automotive
- Automotive suppliers
- Industrial equipment Through industry or consulting experience, should understand and have hands on experience on:
- Digital Strategy & Operations, Online Engagement, Social Media, Mobility etc.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Any exposure to back end services/ digital technology will be a major plus
- Should be skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Should have managed small teams and/ or project delivery experience in direct client facing roles
- Any exposure to back end services/ technology will be a plus
