What are we looking for?

We service 100+ Corporate Houses, Startups, PE - Investee co. in India, across varied sectors for their leadership recruitment needs. As the demand for talent increases across functions like Sales & Marketing, Digital & Technology, Finance & Audit, Tax, Legal CSR, Manufacturing/ Supply chain & Human Resources, we are looking to expand our team of experts to catapult us to the Number 1 partner of choice.

What will the candidate be responsible for?

1. Member of the functional /sector team's servicing leadership hiring needs for Vito's clients.

2. Acquiring new clients and building and managing existing client relationships across stakeholders viz., Business Heads & Senior HR Heads & generate continuous mandate pipeline.

3. To be the most admired, respected and go-to recruitment / search partner for all leadership hiring requirements; to build subject matter expertise in the respective sector and functional CoE practice areas.

4. Should plan, manage and execute assignments with flawlessness resulting in strong client relationships. Should be a good team player by mentoring, training and collaborating to achieve team goals.

5. Engage and evaluate over 300+ professionals every year within the focused candidate pool.

6. The search begins by aligning with the CEO / Head HR regarding the company's future strategic imperatives and requirements. Then help build a compelling pipeline of senior professionals by identifying, assessing, and advising them.


- Working with our own industry / CoE practices, we access to the best candidates through on a robust and comprehensive evaluation methodology.

- Manage a team of Analyst/ Associates for operations.

7. Complete ownership of the P&L of the designated practice area/sub practice area and devising y-o-y growth strategies.

8. Ideating and formulating Industry/ Function specific reports which would help build a brand name for the organization, within the client as well as candidate community

9. Ability to oscillate across multiple sectors and practice areas.

Who is the right Candidate for the job?

1. A graduate/ post graduate with 4 -12 years of experience ( Hiring across levels)

2. Candidates with specific functional background ( Sales/ Marketing/HR / Manufacturing) willing to make a career in Executive Search

3. Adept with revenue targets and driving multiple initiatives in order to build strong franchise

4. Candidates with recruitment / talent acquisition experience across sectors.

5. Strong people engagement skills and ability to build business relationships with senior stakeholders.

6. Ability to build and groom teams across levels. Strong Governance and Controls across processes and people respectively, to drive result

7. A process oriented individual with the ability to dive deep, into research will be an added advantage.

8. A self-starter who can thrive without constant supervision and direction and think on their feet.

9. Highly polished & articulate communication is a must for this role.

10. An eye for detail and the passion for a service-oriented business.
