Consultant/Associate - Government Consulting - Consulting Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

You will be working on solving complex governance problems aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and have the unique opportunity to work and interact with the top bureaucratic and political decision makers in the government.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of 3-5 workstreams (mini projects within a large program) and manage them end-to-end.

- Use a combination of content diagnosis, solution design, technical and administrative initiatives and facilitate implementation through first principle problem solving.

- Leverage organizational learnings and manage extensive stakeholder discussions.

- Use data analytics to solve complex problem statements and present your findings to the team.

- Senior Consultants get an opportunity to step-up and play the role of a Manager and lead teams.

- Experience in managing stakeholders.

- Experience leading small teams.

- Excellent at solving complex problems, interpreting problem statements.

- Experience in high rigour project management.

- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.

- Proficiency in delivering and making presentations and MS Excel.

- Experience in tech products and product management (for a few candidates)

- Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred:

- Experience working with start-ups, consulting or operations

- Experience in data analytics Prior experience in roles such as city head, P&L manager, operations head Experience working in development sector
