Consultant / Assistant Manager/ Manager - Internal Audit - Big4 - CA

We are currently retained by leading BIG4 to hire for the Internal Audit role.

- Would require some experience in Internal Audit at articles/post articles

Role & Responsibilities Synopsis :

- Managers have the responsibility of project execution and shall report to a director/partner on every project. They shall be responsible for ensuring project profitability, quality as well as adherence to the agreed project plan

- Possesses extensive experience in at least one of the key solutions

- The job would require travel to client locations within India and abroad

- Participate in practice initiatives and at times lead such initiatives such as knowledge management or thought leadership

- Actively involved in training, coaching and mentoring of junior staff

- Be a qualified CA

- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

- Have strong soft skills like interpersonal, team and communication skills both verbal and written
