Consultant/Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

- Responsible for execution of client engagements in the area of Internal Audit, Governance and Control, Process Reviews, Standard Operating Procedures, IFC, etc.

- Conducting meetings with the auditee, performing process / transaction walk-through and gathering evidences for the same.

- Preparing data requirements, collection and analysis of data / information.

- Discussing the findings / exceptions with the Process Owners.

- Preparing draft reports with root cause analysis, risk and recommendations,

- Completion and delivery of allocated audit areas on a timely basis.

- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.

- Ensure quality in delivery of the assignments as per client requirements.

- Establish strong working relationships with the client (process owners).
