Summary;

This is a key position in helping the clients prepare and get clients ready for GDPR, ISMS, BCMS. The professional will be leading engagement team(s) to deliver projects timely and effectively. The expectation from the professional shall be to manage projects, team.

Following are the requirements that professional shall be meeting:

- Experience in delivering GDPR/ ISMS/ BCMS for organizations

- Sound knowledge of GDPR, national data protection laws and the technical challenges related to its implementation

- You have a solid experience in some of the following areas: data management, data governance, data quality, information management, analytics, data protection officer (DPO) responsibilities

- Have knowledge of (upcoming) compliance and regulatory requirements having important impact on data requirements

- Experience and knowledge of security management frameworks in multiple industries like finance, pharma, manufacturing, travel/transportation, retail or insurance.

- Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 20000, ITIL.

- Knowledge of data processing options across industry sector is preferable

- Sound knowledge of ISMS/ BCMS associated standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop blueprints for data management/ data governance, in particular in the context of regulatory compliance (GDPR)

- Conduct assessments of current situations versus regulatory requirements

- Design & implement solutions for the management of consent and data subject rights (GDPR)

- Evaluate software solutions that could be used to implement the designed solutions

- Deliver methodologies, processes and a governance framework to clients to manage their data

- To inform and advise the company and employees who carry out processing of their obligations pursuant to the GDPR and to other national data protection provisions

- To monitor compliance with the GDPR, with other national data protection provisions and with the company policies and procedures in relation to the protection of personal data, including the assignment of responsibilities, awareness-raising and training of employees involved in processing operations, and related audits

- To conduct data protection impact assessments and monitor performance pursuant the provisions of the law

- To understand the requirements of cooperation with the designated supervisory and other data protection authorities

- Understand data protection across applications, infrastructure, clouds, endpoints, and vendors.

- Understand and analyze complex enterprise environments from a data protection perspective and provide tentative solutions and recommendations

- Develop, implement and/or oversee the implementation of Data Protection strategy and technologies.

- Rationalize different security solutions against requirements, risk, and constraints

- Deliver GDPR/ ISMS/ BCMS projects and lead team
