Job Responsibilities:

This role requires the candidate to have 2-4 years of Analytics experience. Good communication, logical thinking and hands-on experience in developing statistical models

Candidate Profile:

Must have:

1. Strong logical thinking, Business problem solver

2. From IIT only

3. Hands-on experience in machine learning techniques

4. Good SAS, Excel & statistical modeling skills

5. Strong communication skills

6. 2-4 years of experience in Analytics

7. Strong Leadership and mentoring skills

8. Willingness to work from Bangalore

Good to have

1. Quick learner of new technologies and business functions

2. Demonstrated maturity to support client in different time zone

3. Highly motivated, self-starter and team player

Google Digital Analytics - Const 2 level.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Perform data analysis on large scale datasets (millions of rows)

- Perform large scale optimization and statistical analysis in areas of Digital and Social Analytics

- Communicate insights and formulate recommendations for the clients

- Communicate and coordinate effectively with the offshore team

Only IIT Candidates

4+ years of analytics work experience

- Should have exposure to Digital Analytics using Google Analytics or Omniture ; (12+ months)

- Prior experience in BigQuery (12+ months)

- Dashboarding experience in Tableau

- Reports Automation using VBA/Python

- Should be hands on with SQL (18+ months) and at least 1 of R/Python/SAS.

- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, team player
