I am representing a Executive Search Firm based in Noida, currently working on a high worth assignment here we are looking for Life Sciences Consultant professionals for a leading of fortune Global 500 Management Consulting company headquartered in US.

Position Title : Analyst / Consultant- Life Sciences

Location : Mumbai & Gurgaon

The Life Sciences industry group works with the following industries:

- Pharmaceuticals
- Biotechnology
- Medical products devices

Role
Key responsibilities of the role:

The LS Consultant will be responsible for helping in driving our Life Sciences client's strategy and business planning efforts.

Responsibilities may include:

- Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include strategy and process design in the following areas:

- Product or Portfolio marketing strategy

- Sales strategy

- Sales Force Efficiency / Automation

- Campaign Management

- Compliance and medico-marketing process improvements

- Market entry strategy development

- Product launch strategy

- Procurement

- Manufacturing & logistics

- Supply Chain Management

- Drug Research Process Improvements

- Clinical Trials Process Improvements

- Customer Relationship Management

- Patient Adherence Programs

- Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Events monitoring systems and processes

- Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice

- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Pharma/Biotech/CRO industry

- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, development of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals

Experience:

- Preferably worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally

- Should have worked in the Life sciences space and done work around (at least 3)

- C.linical Trials Operations

- R&D BD

- Licensing & Partnering Strategy

- Medico-legal Compliance

- Pharmaco vigilance

- Should be a part of the system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of (at least 1)

- R&D / Clinical Trials

- Should have an excellent, established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.

- Should have managed teams and delivery

- Should possess strong program management skills

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentationskills including strong oral and writing capabilities

- The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- The individual must be a self starter, someone who has led teams, has strong conceptual and inter-personal skills

- This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior executives in a range of environments

- The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach

- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct

- The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
