Consultant - Advisory

Responsibilities:

- Provides consultation services to clients and suppliers in areas of outsourcing, project management, financial modeling, executive relationships, leadership, negotiation, administration, and marketing etc..

- Gains an understanding of client's current situation and environment by gathering needed information and using appropriate frameworks and models in the development of assessment material for decision-making purposes.

- Assist and leads in the development of initial assessments, project plans, vendor research and selections, RFP creation, contract negotiations and post selection administrative actions

Develop deliverables leveraging company's tools/frameworks consistent with our quality standards

- Conduct detailed financial analysis using company's framework and industry benchmark

- Evaluate benefits and risks of global outsourcing locations to help clients choose the right locations to source services

- Identify and monitor clients outsourcing risks using our risk monitoring framework

- Contribute to developing competitive RFI/RFP/RFQ and creating proposal evaluation criteria

Location: Remote role- anywhere in India

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-8 years of relevant outsourcing or advisory or client-side industry experience

- Knowledge of ITO or BPO or GBS

- Exposure to outsourcing industry is highly desired

- Familiarity with and ability to blend into American business culture

- Prior experience in handling American clients

- Technology work experience background is highly desired

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills including listening, written, oral, and presentation skills
