Consultant / Advisor - Product Compliance

Role & responsibilities:

This position is responsible for having healthy relationship with BEE/Key government departments/Labs in terms of surveillance/ regulations etc .

- Try to Sense Surveillance pickups in advance @ BEE and other departments

- Relationship building with Surveillance labs

- Coordinate with labs for testing if surveillance sample is picked

- Try ensure no negative/adverse publicity for Client.

- Relationship building with government owned labs.

- Advocacy on problems/deficiencies in the new and existing regulations.

- Sense upcoming regulations/New Products getting added .

- Ensure that client's interests/challenges are addressed in those regulations.

- Align all internal stakeholders.

- Support in response to Govt. notices/communications.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Preferably with 25+ years of experience in Government at senior positions/ Retired.

- Knowledge of product compliance, country regulations.

- Excellent Interpersonal skills.

- High on self-Motivation, positive attitude and work ethic desired.

- Very strong relationship management skills.

- Ability to work under desired timelines.
