- The individual should have relevant work experience in financial services related environment [viz; should have worked across Banking / Insurance / NBFCs /FIs in Retail or Corporate space] and have contributed to operational transformation initiatives / been a part of internal business excellence consulting teams]
- Exposure to solutions like Market assessment, sizing, process reengineering, cost optimization and with hands on implementation with at least one or two similar initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Updated knowledge of the Banking and Financial services industry and governance framework will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market assessment, Financial services industry landscape analysis, competitive analysis, formulating business strategy, business plan, financial plan & models for Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, Mutual funds & Broking players
- Leading / contributing to business transformation and cost reduction projects which includes business growth plans, geography & location strategy, customer segmentation, customer channel strategy, digital footprint, business process reengineering and cost optimization
- Be thorough on the latest in the insurance, wealth management, asset management, securities & investment business.
- Synthesize and present insights and recommendations from data
- Assist team in developing business leads & proposals
- Generate new ideas & solutions for the practice in retail & corporate banking, insurance, securities, investments, NBFCs
The candidate must be:
MBA / PGDBM / PGDM (full time) [Preferably Finance]/ B Tech / CA only
- Consultants - 2-4 years of work experience in the industry or consulting experience
Manager - 7-8 yrs of work experience
- The individual should bring relevant work experience in the above domains, or should have prior/current consulting work experience.
- The individual should be well versed with data analysis using excel.
- The individual should be good at analyzing financial statements, and providing a point of view / insights
- Problem solving skills to meet client needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, have a balance between strategic and operational focus
- Good communication skills (both oral and written), good power-point skills that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options.
- The individual should be able to interact with the clients across levels and work in teams.
- Willing to travel and work out of remote client locations
