WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO
1. Lead client services teams of up to 2 interns, in servicing accounting and statutory compliance assignments
2. Ensuring that work is delivered in a timely manner without compromise to quality
3. Setting up and constantly updating workflow and processes for existing and new assignments by working with clients and your team members.
4. Plan work, delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure completion of work
5. Train, develop and evaluate performance of interns on an ongoing basis (usually at least once a month)
6. Client communications and relationship management.
