Job Description:

As a global capability centre senior, the individual should be a qualified accountant with excellent leadership skills.The incumbent gets an excellent opportunity to work virtually or directly with the engagement teams across America's and Europe, and develop knowledge of international accounting and auditing related principles.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Execution on client engagement

- Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of SSKM methodology in service delivery and supporting various quality projects, such as pre- issuance reviews, audit-related quality reviews, efficiency projects and others

- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.

- Awareness of IND- AS or IFRS

- Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique.

- Develop strong working relationships with client (process owner/functional heads).

- Demonstrate professionalism competence and clarity of communication when dealing with overseas engagement teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve scope of work for global capability centre.

- Standardized audit related processes along with leveraging best practices across once aligned engagement or beyond

Qualifications:

- Expert knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing relating standards or knowledge of IFRS.

- Knowledge of GAAP or USGAAP and international auditing related standard is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skill.

- Project management, leadership, coaching, counselling and supervisory skills

- Ability to spread positive work culture and teaming.

- Ability to quickly form strong working relationship with colleagues within Indian and global teams qualified Chartered Accountants

- 3 to 4 years of post qualification experience with either amid or top tier accounting firm focused on external or statutory audit related matters or on MNC or a large domestic Indian company preferably within a shared service environment.

Candidate Should ensure that they are having valid passport and willing to work in US/UK Shift hours.
