Construction Lead

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

- Leading with a zero injury expectation

- Make sure the projects get executed on time within budget with the right standards

- Implementing safe construction processes

- Addressing all environmental regulatory compliance requirements during construction

- Integrating efforts with the engineering lead, procurement lead and startup lead

- Robust constructability review of the engineering design

- Developing contracting and executing strategies

- Supporting development of the construction estimate

- Tracking contractor progress against budgeted estimates

- Managing onsite contractors effectively

- Identifying, documenting and communicating lessons learned to the appropriate functions

Construction Lead for Davangere, Karnataka for our upcoming Corn Milling Green Field Project worth Rs. 600 crores.

Candidate should have exp in greenfield projects of minimum 150 Crores- Candidate should have Manage activities right from the conceptualisation stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, store management & inventory control, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning, etc.

Degree engineer – Mech / Chem/ Ele with 15 yrs exp. No Civil Engineers.
