Construction Head - Real Estate

Key Requirements:

- Degree in civil engineering, construction management.

- 13 years of experience working for real estate developers or contractors.

- Experience working internationally (is preferable) or have worked for international developers and contractors based in India.

- Experience in high rise luxury apartments.

- Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, could be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of a project's development, from planning and design to execution and completion.

- Evaluate proposed construction methodology and material selection.

- Prepare a detailed project schedule and supporting logistical plan.

- Created / Review and approve budgets and bill of quantities.

- Identify preferred contractors and participate in contractor negotiations.

- Manage and coordinating multiple teams

- Oversee project progress and forecasting construction issues.

- Ensuring safety and statutory compliance.

- Implement unique and new methodologies to improve construction efficiency and quality.
