Consolidation Manager (Finance and Accounts)

- Performing quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and preparing appropriate financial statements as per Ind-AS

- Preparing plan with timelines for consolidation process and monitoring execution of the same

- Coordinating with subsidiaries / auditors of subsidiaries for compilation of information in given timeframe

- Preparation / modification in accounting policy manual

- Implementation / modification of internal control system for consolidation / at subsidiary level

- Monitoring the tax / statutory compliance at the group level for

Skills Required :

- Knowledge of Finance and Accounts, IFRS, INDAS, SAP

- Preferably from Manufacturing Industry.

Qualification : Only Qualified CA with 6 to 10 years of experience in the relevant domain.

Note : Localities of Pune are more preferable.
