Consolidation Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

a) Performing quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and preparing appropriate financial statements as per Ind-AS

(b) Preparing plan with timelines for consolidation process and monitoring execution of the same

(c) Coordinating with subsidiaries / auditors of subsidiaries for compilation of information in given timeframe

(d) Preparation / modification in accounting policy manual (e) Implementation / modification of internal control system for consolidation / at subsidiary level

(f)Monitoring the tax / statutory compliance at the group level for.

(g) Hands on experience in SAP.

Qualification required- Only qualified CA with 4 to 10 years of experience with good knowledge in Consolidation, Finance, Accounts, GST, SAP is a must.

Note- Candidate must have experience working in Manufacturing sector.
