- Lead across functional teams

- Project manage the entire new client (or existing client project) transition
a. Managing the tracker - track/publish performance to target dates & deliverables
b. Managing communication upwards to the lead PM (US) & client in absence of US PM
- Manage the Customer and customer escalations
- Manage People & Operations: Interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities, own and resolve cross-functional issues, internal stakeholder escalations
- Support business management reporting (financial and operational parameters)
- Establish and deliver metrics and KPIs to govern projects and identify areas of improvement
- Co-ordinate with Delivery managers to pull in the required support needed
- Ability to design solutions and implement change in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects & customers simultaneously
