- Large company ($50M - $200M revenue) FP&A experience and/or growth company lead Finance role

- Presentation development and delivery

- Strong technology skills (Excel, financial systems, etc.)

- Managing a team

- Experience working with accounting functions

- Experience implementing and/or driving a budget & forecast process, establishing relevant KPI- s for a company

P&A :

- Experience working with global teams

- Trusted advisor to the executive team regarding business decisions

- Consulting experience

Expertise And Qualifications :

- Sound client communication and influencing skills

- Effectively lead multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines

- Strong problem solver

- Intellectual horsepower

Experience : 10-15 years of experience in accounting functions
