Manager - Talent Acquisition JOB PURPOSE : Conscient Infrastructure is looking for a Self-driven and ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. This person will oversee planning, developing, and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Develop and implement the overall recruiting strategy and hiring plans for all levels. - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities. - Continuously enhance collaborations with stakeholders to expedite integration of talent acquisition processes, policies, and systems. - Provide thought leadership on best-in-class strategies, methods, and processes for selecting talent. - Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires - Strategize sourcing for all key positions to hire best in class candidate for the organization - Plan and conduct Recruitment and Selection processes (interviews, screening etc.) - Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience - Manage the Joining process and induction for the new hires and post joining activities to make the new hire settle in the system. JOB REQUIREMENTS : - Post- graduate in HR with minimum 6-8 yrs. of recruiting experience. - Hands on experience with various Sourcing Channels (portals, social media, referral & through vendors) and Selection Processes. - Understand & Ensure Hiring KPI's like Turn Around Time (TAT), Cost of hire and Quality of hire etc. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good MS office knowledge.
