Job Description: - Develop and implement HR Processes &amp; Practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Build a quality relationship with the internal and external stakeholders and recruitment agencies. - Establish and lead the standard recruitment and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. - Execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve recruitment target of the organization. Conduct the job interviews &amp; 1st level of screening of all profiles/candidates to be able to share with Internal Stakeholders - Research, benchmark, and develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract high quality active and passive candidates - Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract competitive candidates. - Provide data analytics to make informed hiring decisions. - Support the on boarding and new hire set up, HR file management and support with HR tasks as required. - Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures and programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: - Bachelors/Master's degree with min 6 to 10 of relevant experience. - Detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce. - Excellent communication skills - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships - Interviewing Skills - Good Excel, MS office suite skills or equivalent is a must. - Effective organizational and planning skills.
