Conscient Infrastructure - Executive Assistant To Director

Job Description :

- Work closely with the director by supporting him in his work with the organizational leadership team. Tracking, Analyzing & Monitoring overall performance of the organization including key KPIs.

- Act as a liaison between the director and stakeholders in the organization by participating, developing and tracking the preparation of short term & long term plans.

- End to end project management that includes planning, implementing, executing and monitoring of strategic projects in the current projects and in the new projects.

- Define the scope of projects in collaboration with the director, create a detailed project plan, execute & monitor the projects.

- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.

- Manage project scope and change control, escalate issues where necessary and provide the project status report.

- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

Job Specification:

- MBA degree from a Tier 1/2 institute will be preferred.

- Candidate with 4-8 years of consulting/project management and Analytics experience with focus on driving business performance via stakeholder satisfaction, revenue enhancement and efficient execution.

- Demonstrated experience in analysis and planning with ability to analyse and anticipate situations, define problems and objectives, recognize alternatives and formulate solutions. Good Excel, MS office suite skills or equivalent is a must.

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and deal with ambiguity on a day to day basis.

- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.

- Demonstrated experience in Good project management skills to monitor and successfully complete long term projects across the group.
