The role requires end-to-end deal execution capability - whether in a capital raise transaction (VC/PE) or an M&A deal - including (but not limited to):
- Deal Sourcing
- Deal evaluation and scanning
- Review and/or preparation of deal collateral including Information Memorandum, Financial Models
- Play a key role in deal negotiation with investors and clients/companies/clients
- Work with other advisors, valuers, legal teams etc for closure of transactions
- Support the senior members in business development for sourcing new transactions and clients for the firm
