Job Title: Conference Producer - Media Industry - Mumbai

This role is of great importance as you will be focused around creating knowledge sharing platforms by creating through concepts around the pain areas in the industry and driving them by liaising and connecting the speakers and industry experts.

Job Responsibility:

- Conducting research within a target market to develop conference programme

- Identifying, inviting and confirming appropriate speakers for conferences

- Formulating a board of industry experts as the advisory board for the event

- Create a relevant, thought provoking and high quality program based on the market research and advisory feedback

- Work closely with other departments in ensuring the conference meets revenue targets

- Actively research and develop your knowledge of industries you are working in

- To consistently meet and exceed Production activity targets

- To maintain a clean and updated prospect and client database

- Servicing stakeholders in a professional, service-oriented manner during onsite execution of conferences
