What are you expected to do? - Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the clients- needs on an ongoing basis, thus maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that are up to organization's standards. - Responsible for attaining new clients and generating more business from existing clients - Identification and evaluation of business opportunities by keeping an eye out for business best practices, trends, and principals that will enable to keep clients satisfied and loyal to the organization. - Responsible for ensuring that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned markets. - Maintain data and information relevant to clients for the purpose of conducting analysis that influence client-specific decision making. - Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate clients to stay with our organization. - Maintain an updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews conducted by Regional Marketing Heads and the CMO. - Responsible for client contracts and timely collections of the payments for the services/ products offered to the clients. - The Key Account Manager also plays an analytical role where he prepares detailed proposals/quotes depending on each client's requirements. - Stay in tune with the business's CRM tool and techniques to better manage clients. Experience : 2-3 years of experience in IT/ ITES. Any kind of Product/ Services Marketing experience or experience of Selling Technology based products is considered as an advantage. Qualification : BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MBA. Though it is a Marketing profile, MBA qualification is NOT mandatory. Location : As, ConduiraOnline is fast expanding pan-India, this role is open across geographies- Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Delhi/ Gurgaon.
