Conde Nast India is looking for a dynamic & cross-functional digital growth hacker to join the Consumer & Audience Development team and scale up our audiences across Conde Nast India's digital portfolio. This role will report into the Director - Digital and work closely with the Editorial & Consumer marketing teams.
Conde Nast India's digital portfolio consists of websites, mobile apps, social media channels and video channels across 4 brands - Vogue, GQ, CNTraveler, Architectural Digest.
Job Responsibilities
Audience Growth :
1) Responsible for leading & delivering against targets for leading audience metrics - Users, Loyalty, Social Engagement, Video Views
2) Help digital editorial teams with editorial & content insights that will help shape their content calendar and fine tune their content strategy, based on best growth practices and benchmarking. Broaden the content categories to deliver incremental reach/audiences while still maintaining the brand ethos.
3) Work with the central data analytics teams to set-up, generate & share Audience insights - share actionable intelligence with editorial teams & marketing teams
4) Identify gaps in search & social strategy and optimize for scaling up the referral traffic from these platforms. Work with SEO experts to contextualize & adopt the recommendations and deliver growth from Search
5) Develop an organic audience development plan for D2C content/products like Affiliate commerce, Membership, Courses/Tutorials and other new initiatives
6) Work with commercial teams on helping monetise our audiences by working on creating & sharing content & audience insights.
7) Consult the client servicing teams and help set them up for success by sharing playbooks for campaign/engagement success
8) Create & share weekly, monthly reports on Audience metrics
Skills and Experience :
1) Minimum 6+ yrs of experience, preferably working in cross-functional roles and delivering audience growth for Media/Publishing platforms/companies.
2) Experience in scaling up audiences across digital platforms organically for publishing platforms, through innovative content strategy & distribution/promotion hacks.
3) Adept at Search as well as Social Media Marketing. Understanding of full funnel digital marketing
4) Hands-on experience in using analytics- tools - Google Analytics, Google Search Console, FB Insights, IG Insights, YT Analytics, Social tools like CrowdTangle, Shareablee and Dash Hudson
5) Comfortable multi-tasking & to work well under pressure. Excellent at collaborating across departments/teams
